The HEINZMANN NOx solutions range from simple NOx data loggers to extensive SCR controls. Both data logger versions NOx Secure and XIOSSCR Ready monitor and save NOx daily average values in accordance with Art. 44 German Federal Immission Control Act (BlmSchV). In addition they offer the possibility of safely monitoring the functionality of an oxidation catalyst to ensure compliance with formaldehyde limit values. Precise calculation of the NOx emissions enables results at the level of the Testo 350.
The control device XIOSSCR offers extensive functions that enable use with almost any engine sizes and fuels. By dispensing with compressed air-assisted injection components, HEINZMANN has defined cost-effective and energy-efficient overall systems for stationary engines that meet all common requirements.
